Blessing is an international development practitioner, social entrepreneur, and edtech innovator committed to transforming education and workforce development through AI, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Slum & Rural Aid for African Child Development Initiative (SARAFACDI) and GenexTED Limited, organisations pioneering AI-driven solutions, equity, digital skills training, and employability programmes for underserved communities and youth in Nigeria and beyond.
With an MA in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex, earned through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, Blessing has designed and led over 12 large-scale, sustainable projects, impacting over 20,000+ youth, women, and educators. His initiatives, “TechUpRuralGirls, DigiGirls, and Back2School”, have bridged educational disparities by equipping marginalised individuals with STEM skills, AI-driven learning, and entrepreneurial training, fostering self-reliance and economic empowerment.
Moreover, Blessing envisions a future where technology and education intersect to create inclusive, future-proof learning ecosystems. Through GenexTED, he is building an AI-powered e-learning platform, digital innovation hubs, and consulting services to scale personalised learning, teacher development, workforce readiness, and social entrepreneurship. His goal is to impact 1 million youth in the next decade, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to thrive in an evolving global economy.
Recognised for his contributions to digital equity and education reform, Blessing has been honoured by global leadership programs such as Chevening, ONE Campaign UK, the University of Sussex Student Union, the Carrington Youth Fellowship (U.S. Consulate), Ekiti Future Agenda awards, the YALI Network and many more. His work in education and policy advocacy continues to shape inclusive learning ecosystems across Africa and beyond.
Additionally, he has also been a leader in various institutions, serving as the International Student Rep and union council member at Uni of Sussex, Electoral Chairman NSBS FUTA, Distinguished Senate President Ilawe Student Union, Youth Carnival President, General Secretary ESWLG, etc., both in state and in university, where he also won a prestigious award as the most influential male personae.
